Tonmind PA System Pro Adds Smart Recording Function with Multiple Trigger Modes

The new Recording Function further extends the capabilities of PA System Pro by allowing audio from connected ONVIF devices to be recorded and managed directly through the software.
There are three recording modes available:
The Record mode allows users to define specific recording periods according to their requirements.
Users can enable recording, select the required days from Monday to Sunday, and configure the desired recording time periods. Once the schedule is saved, PA System Pro automatically starts recording during the configured periods.
This is particularly useful when continuous 24/7 recording is unnecessary.

The Keyword mode provides a more intelligent way to trigger recording.
Users can configure specific keywords such as:

When the microphone of a connected IP device detects the configured keyword, PA System Pro can automatically execute the corresponding action.

The detected sound can also trigger other actions:

Setting up recording in PA System Pro is straightforward.
Make sure PA System Pro and the IP devices are connected to the network.
Click “Create Record” in PA System Pro. The system will search for compatible devices connected to the network, such as IP Speakers, IP Intercoms, IP Microphones and other IP audio devices.
Select the required device under ONVIF, enter the device's username and password, and add it to PA System Pro.
After the device has been successfully added, its audio can be used for recording.
Choose one of the three modes according to the application:
Record: Configure the days and time periods for scheduled recording.
Keyword: Enter the keywords that will trigger recording or zone actions.
Sound Effect: Select the type of sound, such as Speech, and configure the action to be triggered when the sound is detected.
Once the settings are completed, PA System Pro can automatically perform the configured recording or PA actions.
